Flippin' Awesome Giantkiller Book Cover

Just got this from my designer Mike Wykowski and I love it! What do you guys think? I, for one, would not want this fellow anywhere near my thatch-roofed peasant's cottage!

I love the little Leonard reflections in his eyes! Even though you'd never see that in a thumbnail, the "red eye" effect it creates in those dark, cavernous eye sockets is mighty cool.

Great cover, Roger! When does the book itself come out?

Daniel: I thought the "little Leonards" were a nice touch, too. Spooky!

Scott: Thanks. I'm hoping to have everything edited and ready to publish by early to mid April. All depends on how quickly my beta readers can turn things around.

I love it! Wondering how it would look if he was looking towards the opening side of the book rather than the spine. To me, that would subconsciously make me open the book.

Brian: You may be right. I do have to admit, though, that I'm kind of partial to having the giant looking right at us. It feels more threatening that way and I like him coming off as formidable right from the start. Hmm, I'll have to think about it.

Oh...totally creepy and very unique cover, I do really like the image of Leonard reflected in the eyes. I think it also keeps a theme going of Leonard The Great from book one on...

Chris: Yeah, it is creepy/menacing, just like the villains contained within!
